This attractive Enfield, CT home built in 1999 was in desperate need for a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We then installed three layers of  Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed in the color Onyx Black. Lastly, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent, equipped with a moisture barrier to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. This amazing home got even better thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This project entailed the tear off and recycling of one layer of shingles, followed by the installation of a roofing system. The underlayment we use is completely resistant to tear, and provides an extremely water tight seal. We are very proud of this job!
