A family in Pine Plains, New York wanted to change the color of their shingles and we delivered!

Antoinette in Pine Plains, NY reached out because her roof wasn’t properly ventilated, which was causing condensation and moisture issues in the rear of the home. The house has a cathedral ceiling in the back, and without proper airflow, the area was “sweating” from the inside. To fix the problem, our team is installing a super roof over the rear section, adding proper intake and ridge ventilation after addressing the insulation to ensure the space can breathe correctly. The front of the roof, along with the shed and porch, didn’t need any work since those areas aren’t heated. During the replacement, we’ll also cut in a new skylight in the rear to bring in natural light, and the home will be finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving it a strong, protected, and updated look.
