Next, the Ice & Water Barrier is installed along all edges of the roofing, including the eaves and valleys. This provides extra protection to these more vulnerable areas from wind-driven rain and water damage. Finally, a Velora One Roof Underlayment covers the entire roof, offering an additional layer of protection for the plywood. This durable underlayment helps prevent water intrusion during storms.

As part of the project, we installed a customer-provided sun tunnel to bring more natural light into the home, along with new eave ventilation to improve attic airflow.
