This ranch style home located in Southington, CT just got a complete roof makeover! To start, we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. We then laid down Ice & Water Shield and ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment to adhere to the roofing surface and repel any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we put in Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation which is pertinent to keep mold out of the attic.
