The Klaus Larsen team set out to Milldale to complete a roof replacement in Milldale, CT. After tearing up the old plywood decking, new decking was installed. White aluminum drip edge/rake was installed near the outside perimeter of the roof.

This homeowner in Southington, CT contacted us because he had water damage from lower level shingles, that had managed to reach the internal walls of his house. After giving our free estimate, we elected to install a new Roofing System, complete with ventilation, aluminum seamless gutters and a new Velux skylight.

This large home with a hipped style roof had two active leaks in their house. The owners, after looking at their options, decided to have the entire roof replaced.

This 2 Family home in Bristol had three layers of asphalt shingles on the roof. Underneath the asphalt was the original roof of Wood Cedar roofing. There was no plywood decking, so our crew installed a new deck over the original structure. Afterward, they installed new underlayment and shingles.

This ranch style home located in Southington, CT just got a complete roof makeover! To start, we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. We then laid down  Ice & Water Shield and ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment to adhere to the roofing surface and repel any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we put in Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation which is pertinent to keep mold out of the attic.
