Efrem in Hyde Park, NY reached out about replacing the roof on the home he built in 2004. The property has a mix of roof structures, including a lower section with a small attic that is ventilated through eave vents and a ridge vent system, and an upper section with vaulted ceilings built as a super roof assembly.

During our inspection, we confirmed the upper roof was constructed with multiple layers including plywood, ISO insulation, baffles, and plywood at the eaves, along with ridge ventilation to support airflow in the vaulted areas. The roof had a single existing layer overall, along with two vent boots and no chimney.

Our team completed a full roof replacement, carefully addressing both roof sections and installing full ice and water protection in the dormer areas for added defense against moisture.
