On this Lebanon property, we used the Cambridge line of Harvard Slate IKO shingles to make a beautiful country home even more beautiful. Our 'after' image was taken awhile after the completion of this project, but the luster of the shingle and the 'new roof look' remains. 

The black streaks on this Lebanon roof are from a blue-green algae spore that is prevalent in humid climates. We don't recommend cleaning your roof with abrasive chemicals, as they will harm the shingles. The metallic coating on chimney flashing helps to deter algae growth, but modern algae-proof shingles are your best bet for prevention.

At this 1980's Cape Cod-style home located in Lebanon, CT we completely stripped and installed a new roof. Once we stripped the existing shingles, we laid down 3 new sheets of plywood decking that needed to be replaced. Then we installed Ice & Water shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. This ranch-style home located in Lebanon, CT had a porch overhang that was having a leaking issue. When further investigated, it was found that that the entire roof needed to be replaced. We first started by tearing off the existing roofing material and replacing any damaged plywood decking.
