Victorian Roof Replacement in Bloomfield, CT

This 1900 Victorian style home located in Bloomfield, Connecticut was completely stripped of its roof which had water damage, and replaced with a new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We first started by stripping two layers of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We then installed three rows of Ice & Water barrier from all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed grey asphalt which includes a 10 year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty and a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. We finished by removing and replacing flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing.
