Justiin B and partner were excellent. It was important to me that Justin explained the scope of work to be done, discussed and addressed my input before starting. Then after the work was complete he explained what was done, what actions he took to address my items. and presented pictures of same. Justin was clearly prepared, professional and process oriented.
