Tim Lawson

Tim joined Team TDC in 2026, but his roots in the industry go back much further. Growing up on construction sites with his grandfather, a professional framer, Tim developed an early passion for building and problem-solving. He views every home as a unique puzzle and finds great satisfaction in identifying the right solutions for complex issues.

Tim’s favorite part of his role is helping homeowners improve their comfort and efficiency, ultimately creating safer and healthier living spaces.

Outside of work, Tim is most proud of his family and brings a wealth of leadership experience from his 25 years of coaching gymnastics and tumbling.
