What past work experience/learned skill sets do you have that will assist in your role as a Home Performance Advisor?

I was a certified termite and moisture inspector for seven years. That role not only taught me how to inspect homes from top to bottom technically, but it also taught me how to convey those findings to homeowners easily and understandably.

Do you have any special training, certifications, licenses, or degrees?

I was professionally trained to evaluate moisture damage, termite damage, water intrusion, and pest infestations. I'm very familiar with problem-solving crawl space issues and carpentry repairs. I have a termite and moisture inspector certification and a registered technician license.

What about your role as a Home Performance Advisor are you most excited about?

Being able to apply the newest techniques to properly solve the issues that customers have.

What activities do you feel your day-to-day position will include?

Meeting a variety of new customers with home improvement needs, as well as completing very detailed inspections to best provide service.

Is there anything you'd like to share with homeowners to introduce yourself before you arrive at the home?

I'm a homeowner just like them, and I understand the importance of wanting the best experience possible when navigating stressful home-improvement projects.
