    In June I called to scheduled my annual crawl space inspection for October, however when the appointed time arrived it became a no show. Apparently, one of your inspection personnel had departed your company and that scheduled appointment had fallen-thru-the-cracks. Upon my telephone call, a new appointment was schedule for the following day. The appointment, like usual, went-off with out a hitch and my invoice was adjusted as a courtesy. That's what a customer likes to see in a company... accepting responsibility and making thing right. Good Job!

    Jeri and Stepanie and the entire staff were a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. The behind the scenes logistical stuff doesn't always get acknowledged but it was so evident how well orchestrated their coordination and communication flowed. Thanks to you all! A superb job!
