Joe Hogge

Joe is a highly dedicated member of The Drying Company, having been part of the team for an impressive 23 years. He brings extensive hands-on experience, including 5 years as an installer and 15 years as an Estimator/Project Manager. This background, coupled with multiple building science courses and OSHA 30 certification, ensures a comprehensive and safe approach to every project. Beyond his technical skills, Joe has held many leadership roles and enjoys helping and teaching others—a passion reflected in his experience coaching sports and serving as President of the Love4Kids Foundation. He is incredibly proud of his personal success and growth within the company. Outside of work, Joe practices martial arts and currently holds a green belt in Sei Ku Kan Karate.
