For over 15 years, I have worked in the customer service industry, helping to understand the customers' needs and finding solutions for them.

What's your favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy getting to meet new people every day and having the opportunity to find solutions to make their homes more energy-efficient and healthier.

My wife and two sons.

Some of my hobbies include golfing, snowboarding, and watching football.
