We initially met with Mike to have an inspection done, he was very professional, confident, and gave us a very good price to begin work. We had both Carbon fiber straps and PowerBrace installed in our basement and we are very happy with the final product from Quality 1st Basement Systems. The construction crew included, Carlos, Louis and Jose, who all did a tremendous job. Carlos explained what was going to be done right from the beginning and patiently answered the many questions I had throughout the project. As the project started, they assessed the situation and offered a better solution than was originally proposed which came to light after starting demolition. We were not pressured to make any changes to the original contract but we felt it was best to do so.  Quality1st didn’t take advantage of the need for this change and offered a very reasonable and fair price.  As the installation progressed, Carlos made us aware of work arounds that needed to be done and was open to suggestions I had to minimize disruption to our home. On another note, it was incredible to witness how hard this crew worked in what was two days of record breaking heat, all while having a pleasant disposition.  Even after a very long day of working in that heat, they took the time to go above and beyond with clean up, and left my home looking just as clean as before they started demolition. Truly impressive. After going through an initial scare while purchasing our new home, Quality1st has put our minds at ease knowing we are resting on a sound foundation. Thank you Quality 1st!
