Called prior to the visit to inform me about service tec's arrival time.

Brian Lamper was friendly, professional, informed me about the issue and how he was going to rectify it.

Accurate.

Dehumidifier had minor issue and required re-levelling, replaced the filter, serviced the sump pump too.

Brian helped clear cobwebs as there were some on his cap when he left.
