Very satisfied- the job was started on time and completed on-time and on budget, despite one or 2 surprises on the job site. I would highly recommend TC Hafford.

Kristi was very helpful, working with me on schedules and following up with reminders and info. as needed.

Sam was great- assessed the problem and worked on alternate plans over a few weeks until we arrived at a suitable solution. He was responsive and professional and found directly relevant references who were also helpful.

Isaac, Josh D. Josh B., & Aaron were a pleasure to work with on the push piers. They were all personable and professional, communicating what was happening at each stage, and taking the time to answer all of my questions during the job. They made every effort to minimize the impact on the rest of the property and to return it better than they found it. Isaac & Korey were equally professional, knowledgeable, and responsive and patient, guiding me through the entire process. Both teams were a pleasure to work with and clearly took pride in their work and customer service.

Both teams took pains to clean the job site carefully, removing all materials, equipment, and debris. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of disruption inside and outside. Andrew was great also, supervising the close-out and final steps.
