Ian F.

Ian joins TC Hafford with  over 15 years of customer-facing experience with a strong focus on understanding needs and delivering the right solution. He has worked both on the manufacturing side, and directly with homeowners, which gives Ian a unique perspective on system design, technical details, and real-world application. 

Ian's day-to-day role involves meeting with customers, understanding their needs, and designing systems tailored to their home and lifestyle. He walks customers through the design, technical details and how the system will accomplish their goals. He also handles measurements, system planning, and documentation to ensure accuracy and a smooth experience from start to finish. Ian enjoys working directly with people and helping them understand their options without feeling overwhelmed. He takes pride in combining technical problem-solving with clear communication to create solutions customers feel confident in. 

When Ian is not busy in a basement or crawl space, he enjoys cooking and grilling, his favorite food being tacos. Ian also enjoys building things and tinkering with various projects,  playing board games, and spending quality time with his family.
