Josh has a strong understanding of how homes function as a system and how to identify practical ways to improve comfort and efficiency.
Josh is BPI trained as a Building Envelope Professional which gives him a strong foundation in building science and home performance principles. He also holds an EPA608 Universal certification from his HVAC background.
Josh loves to meet with homeowners to understand their goals and evaluate their home needs.
