I joined TC Hafford in 2025, bringing with me over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, spanning both sales and branch office management. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for problem-solving—especially when it comes to helping customers protect their most valuable asset: their home. I’m equally passionate about ensuring our team has the support, systems, and coaching needed to achieve outstanding results and deliver truly exceptional customer experiences.

I approach each day with a mindset focused on continuous improvement, always looking for a better way to do things. My role at TC Hafford allows me to observe and analyze all aspects of operations, giving me the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our organization functions. From the talented people who keep everything moving to the tools that support their success, I’m driven to help every part of the business operate more effectively.

Outside of work, my family and I spend much of our time at ice hockey rinks across New England. For us, hockey season isn’t just a season—it’s a year-round lifestyle.
