Kristy V.

Kristy joined the TC Hafford team in August of 2024, bringing with her six years of experience in Pre-K education. Her background in teaching makes her exceptionally patient, organized, and skilled at handling just about anything—qualities that translate perfectly into her role as a Production CSR.

In her position, Kristy manages incoming calls, coordinates projects, prepares homeowners for their upcoming jobs, and confidently handles any issues that may arise throughout. Her ability to keep things calm, clear, and on track makes her a key part of the production team. Kristy is known around the office for her sweet, friendly nature and her extremely infectious laugh, which can often be heard echoing across the building. She quickly became a team favorite, and we at TC Hafford are lucky we found her.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys going to the beach, reading, listening to music, and relaxing.
