Mike joined TC Hafford with years of experience in home construction, having worked for his father's construction company. He picked up basement waterproofing right away, and in his 15+ years at TC Hafford he quickly grew within the team from an installer to a foreman, and now as Production Manager. Mike helps manage 14 crews across the state every day, providing training and job site support in the field. He enjoys helping the crews grow within their roles, as well as the reward of helping homeowners improve their home. When Mike is not in a basement, you can find him playing drums and watching football.
