My experiences with this company have always been above stellar! They walk you through every step of the process, from the reception, to the very timely scheduling for an inspection, to the inspection (done by Toney), and the project (done by José and his crew).They do their best to keep a feasible project within your budget that works! They also have financing available if needed. I will always go to them for any possible future work on my basement!Upon initial appointment, I advised Toney of major concerns, especially a partially dugout crawlspace that was causing a mud slide into the concrete area of basement.Apparently this was an abnormal type of situation, so he had to do some planning and brainstorming. The plan was made to encapsulate that area of the basement and place 2 empty sump pits at base of mud slide to direct the water and mud to the pits and run star pipe to existing triple safe sump pit. This was not a guarantee to stop issues but a hope.1 year update after install this "outside of the box" idea worked far better than expected. It not only stopped the mud slide, but also water coming into basement, and has kept the basement dry.
