Sales Process
After accepted bid and paid in full MidAmerica Called back and said that an additional $400 was needed for an apron cut. They waived this after we refused to pay more.
Today the crew did the concrete lift without needing the apron cut. Would you have refunded us the apron cut cost if we had paid it?
Our Installation Crew
The crew knew what they were doing. I'm not sure about whoever had the sales representative called us back and ask for more money for the apron cut that he said he forgot. Again, the crew today said an apron cut wasn't needed in our case.
From our perspective, whoever had the sales representative call us and ask for more money for something we didn't really need, left us confused about the integrity of the company.
