  We went from a basement that felt like a moldy spa to a space we actually want to hang out in! MidAmerica Basement Systems showed up with a plan and a great crew. Thanks to WaterGuard and the SaniDry system, the 'damp basement' smell is finally gone. It’s bone-dry, secure, and ready for movie night.   We were really concerned about the bowing walls in our basement, especially with the river being so close, but Scott Mohr and his crew were absolute pros. Scott took the time to explain exactly how the PowerBrace™ system would stabilize our foundation and how the SuperSump would handle the seepage.   The team was efficient, kept the workspace remarkably clean, and you can tell Scott really knows his stuff. It’s such a relief to have a dry, solid basement again. If you’re in Montpelier and need foundation work, definitely ask for Scott’s team!
