  Exceptional professional quality service! All of the technicians were always ready to answer any questions I had. They took the time to show and explain the details throughout the process even though they were extremely busy! After doing my due diligence, I am sure I made the right choice going with Mid America Basement Systems! I also was very pleased with my Sales Technician (Dillon Heard) who helped me greatly with decision- making!

  The entire process of estimate, scheduling, and the work that was done, was easy. Pricing was comparable to other estimates but chose MidAmerican Basement Systems because their plan to run radon mitigation system out of the house made more sense than other companies plan to go through my roof. The installer, Dillon, did an awesome job and helping hide the system behind my wall. Looks great!
