I cannot say enough good things!I contacted Salvage for a roof inspection as my roof was 17 years old, and Salvage is probably the best advertised business in the area. Dustin was fantastic. He found wind damaged shingles on our roof, and we ended up getting a full roof replacement through insurance (Something I did not expect). The communication from Erika and Morgan during the process was top notch, and very little was needed from me which made this stress free. The job itself was quick and complete within about 7 hours. Ms Teddy was another great resource during the construction.There’s a couple things that really stood out to me as going over and beyond. 1) While completing my roof, they noticed a piece of rotten cedar in the front of my house, and they took it upon themselves to fix that as well. 2) The gutter install was scheduled for the very next day, and we second guessed ourselves last minute on color selection once we saw the finalized roof. Despite the purchase in advance and scheduled work on a calendar, Salvage understood my home project needs and was able to change the color and reschedule with no fee. To be able to do this on less than 24hrs notice was impressive.Details. Communication. Customer Service. Affordability.Every single person I interacted with was great. Sorry for the novel, but they deserve it!A++We will be back when it’s time to do siding!
