Job review from Audrey in Oxford, CT 06478 on 05/24/26

I wish I could say I was as satisfied with the repair experience as I was with the installation in 2019 but I am not. The overall experience was great however the repair estimate included a bundle of shingles which, were paid for, but not used nor was it left behind for our future use (we had a bundle left for the 2019 installation which more the covered the repair). Bottom line, I am not happy I was charged for materials not used on my repair. I’ve emailed Mr. Miller regarding this issue but have not receive a response. As mentioned, the rest of the experience was great. What recourse do I have that would allow me to give Brown Roofing a 100% stellar review?
