Michelle brings more than 20 years of customer service experience in the home improvement and retail industries to Brown Roofing, along with her OSHA 30 certification and a passion for helping people.
Before joining Brown Roofing, Michelle served as a Regional Human Resources Manager and Office Manager for multiple locations at another large roofing company. She also built an impressive career with both Lowe’s Home Improvement and The Home Depot, where she held roles including Department Manager, Human Resources Administrator, and Assistant Store Manager.
At Brown Roofing, Michelle plays a key role in keeping the customer experience smooth from start to finish. She helps coordinate production crews, schedules projects, assists with customer questions, handles ordering and permitting, and helps make sure every homeowner receives the kind of service that reflects our mission, vision, and values.
Michelle truly enjoys working with both customers and coworkers every day. Whether she is troubleshooting an issue, helping a homeowner choose the perfect shingle color, or keeping a busy project on track, she loves being part of the action and making the process easier for everyone.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time at home with her fiancé and their two dogs, tackling home projects, and traveling to the Caribbean.
