Meet Josh Pearson, a sales representative who brings years of hands-on experience in residential construction to Brown Roofing. With a background that spans sales, installation management, and project coordination, Josh has worked across nearly every stage of the home improvement process, giving homeowners a clear, informed perspective from the very first conversation.
Before joining Brown Roofing, Josh spent over two decades in the home improvement industry, including more than 20 years combined with Lowe’s and The Home Depot. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience with roofing systems, proper ventilation, and quality installation practices, along with a strong foundation in customer service and team communication.
At Brown Roofing, Josh works directly with homeowners to assess their needs, explain roofing options, and guide them through the process with transparency and care. He prides himself on helping customers feel informed and confident in their decisions, knowing what to expect every step of the way.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys working on his home, spending time with his fiancée and their dogs, and traveling — especially to the Caribbean. In his downtime, you’ll likely find him watching baseball or football and enjoying time with family.
