At this 1960's ranch home located in Berlin, CT we completely replaced the existing old roof. To ensure proper ventilation we installed 2 new vent pipe boots and a new bathroom exhaust vent hood with a built-in damper on the roof above the left side of the bathroom. This home also needed a new VentSure Ridge Vent to give ventilation to the attic.
Both the roof on the house and front face of the garage on this home located in Kensington, CT needed replacement. We first installed 15 brand new boards of plywood decking to maintain the structural integrity of the roof. Then, we laid down Ice & Water Shield and Synthetic Underlayment to provide a durable, tear-resistant layer to repel water and moisture from the interior of the home. To top it off we removed and replaced the old chimney flashing with new lead flashing.

At this Tudor style home located in New Britain, CT they had issues with their roof where some of the old singles were sliding off and leaving an exposed gap. The existing roof was over 22 years old and was due for a full replacement. We tore off the existing shingles and recycled them at the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center. Then, we inspected the plywood decking for any damage and replaced sheets which needed replacing. This old style Tudor home now has a brand new roofing system to ensure total protection through the winter and beyond.
