Marcos Sierra is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Group and Maverick Metals, where he has built a reputation for visionary leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to people. Since founding Sierra Group in 2017, he has grown the company from a garage startup into one of the region's leading roofing contractors, later expanding into metal manufacturing with Maverick Metals.
